4. Parental and Guardian Responsibilities

An adult who purchases admission, makes a reservation, or provides information concerning a minor represents that the adult is the minor’s parent or legal guardian or otherwise has authority to act on the minor’s behalf for the applicable transaction.
Submitting a reservation or purchasing admission does not eliminate any requirement to complete a separate participant waiver, provide proof of guardianship or authorization, comply with activity restrictions, or satisfy age, height, weight, health, attire, or supervision requirements.
5. Participant Waivers and Facility Rules
Certain Cloud Quest activities may involve inherent risks and may require a separate participant agreement, acknowledgment of risk, release of liability, medical authorization, or other waiver before participation.
These Terms are not a participant waiver and do not replace any waiver required by Cloud Quest.
Participants and accompanying adults must comply with:

6. Reservations, Tickets, Parties, and Purchases
Prices, availability, activity descriptions, schedules, and promotional offers are subject to change.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a purchase or reservation. You authorize Cloud Quest and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the disclosed amount, including applicable taxes and authorized fees.
A submission is not necessarily confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Cloud Quest. We may reject, cancel, or limit a transaction when reasonably necessary because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, safety concerns, policy violations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tickets, reservations, memberships, gift cards, party packages, and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Accounts and Account Security
If Cloud Quest offers online accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or allow a minor to use an adult account to make purchases, submit information, or enroll in marketing communications.

8. Email and Marketing Communications
Only individuals who are at least 18 years old may subscribe to Cloud Quest promotional emails.
By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from Cloud Quest. Consent is not a condition of purchasing admission, products, or services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any transaction-specific terms presented to you, constitute the agreement between you and Cloud Quest concerning use of the website.
Separate participant waivers, membership agreements, party contracts, ticket terms, promotional rules, and facility policies remain independently applicable to the activities or transactions they govern.
