Information About Children Provided by Adults
Cloud Quest is a family entertainment business, and an adult may provide limited information about a child when purchasing admission, completing a waiver, arranging a party or group event, enrolling in a program, requesting assistance, or otherwise managing the child's participation. The adult providing that information represents that they are the child's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorized to provide the information and consent on the child's behalf.
Please do not provide more information about a child than is reasonably necessary for the relevant service. Do not submit sensitive medical information through general website forms or marketing signup forms. If information is needed to address an accommodation or safety concern, contact us directly using the information at the end of this policy.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use our website or online Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time of access, and interactions with our website, emails, and advertisements. We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies.
Information Collected at Our Facility
We may use security cameras in and around our facility for safety, security, incident review, loss prevention, and operational purposes. We may also create photographs, audio, or video in connection with events, promotions, or marketing activities when permitted by law and, when required, with appropriate notice or consent. Separate releases or event notices may apply.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from ticketing, payment, waiver, membership, marketing, analytics, social-media, advertising, event, and other service providers; from a party or group organizer; from an adult arranging participation for family members or guests; and from publicly available sources. We use this information only as permitted by law and consistent with this policy.

-
Carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.
3 How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
-
Service providers. We may provide information to companies that perform services for us, including website hosting, cloud storage, ticketing, reservations, memberships, waiver management, payment processing, email and messaging delivery, analytics, advertising, customer support, security, professional services, and business administration.
-
Event and business partners. We may disclose information to partners involved in fulfilling an event, promotion, program, or service you request. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
-
Legal, safety, and enforcement purposes. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to government requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or incidents, or enforce agreements.
-
Business transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, including during due diligence.
-
With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Depending on the technologies used on our website, disclosures to advertising or analytics partners may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state laws. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Section 10.
4 Cookies Analytics and Advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud, and deliver or measure advertising. Some cookies are necessary for website functionality; others may be optional.
You can manage cookies through available website controls and your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website features. You may also use industry opt-out tools, but those tools are operated by third parties and may require separate choices for each browser or device.
5 Marketing Communications
Our promotional email signup is intended only for adults age 18 or older. By joining our email list, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and consent to receive promotional emails and updates from Cloud Quest. Please provide only your own contact information and do not submit a child's personal information through a marketing signup form.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send non-promotional messages related to transactions, reservations, memberships, safety, customer service, or our ongoing business relationship.
If we offer SMS or text-message marketing, enrollment will be optional and subject to a separate express consent disclosure. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in consent will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for their own marketing. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
6 Children and Minors
Cloud Quest offers family entertainment experiences, but our website accounts, online purchases, reservations, waivers, memberships, and marketing programs are intended to be managed by parents, legal guardians, or other adults. Individuals under age 18 should not create an account, join our marketing list, make a purchase, or submit personal information directly to us without the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under age 13 without verifiable parental consent when such consent is required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
A parent or legal guardian who believes a child submitted personal information directly to us, or who wants to review or request deletion of a child's information, should contact us using the information in Section 13. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester's identity and authority.
7 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide Services, maintain transaction and waiver records, administer memberships, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet insurance and safety needs, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law.
8 Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security measure or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for using appropriate precautions when accessing the Services.

10 United States State Privacy Rights
Residents of Colorado and certain other states may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, subject to eligibility thresholds, exceptions, and verification requirements. Depending on the law, these rights may include requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtaining a portable copy; and opting out of personal-data sales, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
To exercise an applicable right, contact us using the email address or mailing address in Section 13 and describe your request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If we deny your request, Colorado residents may appeal by contacting us through the same method and writing "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. If the appeal is denied, we will provide information about how to contact the Colorado Attorney General when required by law.
Where required and technically feasible, we will process recognized universal opt-out preference signals as requests to opt out of applicable sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. Because browser-based Do Not Track signals are not governed by a uniform standard, we do not respond to them unless required by law.
11 Third Party Services and Links
Our Services may link to or integrate with websites, applications, social-media platforms, payment services, ticketing tools, waiver providers, and other services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy. We encourage you to review those notices before providing information.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the date at the top. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law. The revised policy becomes effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
